[NLRS] Burnsville Pwkwy Overlook Access ?

Hi Mel - 

I've never been chased out of there, but then again I don't look like a terrorist war wagon.   There are lots of spots along Hwy 13, east of Cedar (77) and west of where Cedar intersects with Yankee Doodle Rd, where you can see downtown.   Perhaps someone down that way can suggest a spot or two.

Subject: Burnsville Pwkway Overlook ?

I  am wondering about the relative merits of using
the Burnsville Parkway Office  Overlook EN34IS for
Sunday noon Activity hour. Has access been a  problem
recently ? I was shagged out of there by Security
on a weekday  three years ago.

The alternative spot might be Highview Ave,  just
south west from the Lakeville airport EN34JN. Can't
remember if I can  see the IDS tower from Lakeville
or not. I will have cell phone  612-804-4460.
