[NLRS] W9FZ's UHF Rovermania plans

Hi Bruce

WA0VPJ will be on but fixed this year.  The rover mobile is down at the moment.  I hope to have it fixed by the Sept contest.  I will be on all day Saturday from EN35fa with 222 and 432.  Not sure about 1296 yet.  I will look for you.
