[NLRS] SBMS 2.3 GHz & Up Contest

Hello NLRS land.   

Members of the NLRS will be active this weekend for both the 902 & Up Sprint as well as the SBMS 2.3 GHz & Up Contest.   The primary coordinated activity will be on Sunday.  Starting at 10:00 AM on Sunday, a rover pack of KC0IYT, WA2VOI, KC0P, and W0ZQ will be meeting at the Cannon Falls location (Highview).  We may have some addtional rovers from the Wisconsin side join us to.  A fixed group will be at Buck Hill if the road is passable (we don't get too much rain).  If the road is not passable, the fixed group will gather on top of the Park & Ride ramp in Bloomington.  This parking ramp is located one block due east of the Mall Of America.  Check 146.46 for coordination.  After the initial Q's at 10:00 AM the rover pack will then move south per the contest rules.   We expect to be out and running through the early afternoon hours.   All are welcomed to participate - if you have an interest in uW this is a great time to come out and to see what its all about.
