[NLRS] Unknown antenna for eme last weekend

Hi again,
You are all right, it is the HyGain unit, which explains why I couldn't 
find it while googleing cushcraft.

I will try using a bird meter and the 857 to see what it says the swr is.
I will also try it LH and RH and see if that makes a difference.

I didn't get a chance to switch polarity when listening as I was so 
thrilled to hear anything, I was paying attention  to that end of 
things.  Also, the guy I got it from years ago had a preamp on it that I 
have employed elsewhere.  Maybe he had it because the antenna wasn't too 
hot???

Everything is sealed up and I wasn't too sure what was in there and thus 
didn't want to take to much apart until I knew.

If the SWR is still high, what might anyone suggest as a possible problem?

Thanks so much for the links to the manual, that helps a bunch.
