[NLRS] Arecibo rx from en23

I wonder if you got better results than me because you used a CP antenna? I
used my horizontal antenna which has about the same boom length as yours.. I
made the mounting bracket in such a way that by removing one screw, it could
be tilted vertically. I never really heard anything I could definitely say
was them on Saturday and I couldn't listen on Sunday.
