[NLRS] 10 GHz Demo from La Crosse Successful

Thanks to Gary W0GHZ and Jim K0KFC for successful contacts last night via
rainscatter.  I was worried about rain, but it's actually lucky we had the cells
by Mankato or we would not have made any QSOs.  I think the problem was at my
end...I think I had my dish set a bit "looking at cold sky"  ;)  The view on the
direct path is totally clear to Gary from Grand Dad Bluff (in fact, the view is
unobstructed from about 180-340 degrees)...the grid at the lookout is EN43jt, so
you may want to add the site to any database of operating sites.  The local club
guys were "uber impressed"  :)
