[NLRS] CSVHFS "States Above"

With last nights aurora still fresh in mind, I thought I would pass along a reminder
for all to be thinking toward the CSVHFS "States Above" certificate...  You have until
June 30 to be eligible... 30 or more band/states or provinces above 50 Mhz during 
the year ending June 30, 2010...   For full details take a look at the CSVHFS website

and click on "states above".    We're looking foreward to increasing numbers of  au's,  e's, 
and generally improving band conditions in the next few weeks.......
