[NLRS] 10 GHz from La Crosse, Last Update

Here is the plan....

I will be portable with 10 GHz on Monday (April 12) night at 6PM from La 
Crosse atop Grand Dad Bluff (best guess from Google Maps is EN43jt).  If 
it's raining then, will try Wednesday (April 14) night at 6PM.  If it 
rains both nights, the attempt will be scrubbed (I don't have a 
waterproof system yet).  Anybody in the La Crosse area is welcome to 
visit as I will be doing it as a demo for the La Crosse club(s).  Talk 
in on 147.090 repeater (PL 131.8).

I am still XTAL controlled, so I may not be exactly on freq.  I will 
have a freq counter on the LO, so I can get close, but probably not 
within 100 Hz ;)
