The aperature difference would be close to 2dB (a bit less than), assuming the same feed efficiency (which may not actually be the case)

First question is "How many LNBs does it have ?"
I'll bet a nickel its two or three, not one. The "extra" dimensions largely
allow the other LNBs to have the same gain as a single one.
I'd be willing to bet another nickel that the total "extra" gain is about 1 dB.
It can't be as much as 3dB... the area of the bigger dish is (much) less than
2X, so ....
