[NLRS] MUD 2009 Early Registration Cutoff

Microwave Update is just a few short weeks away and we are in the position
of handing the final numbers on meals, etc. to the hotel. To ensure that you
get your choice of meal for the banquet (and to be sure that you get the
early registration conference fee of $45), please be sure to register by
October 1st (this Thursday).  After Thursday, the conference price goes to
$55 and it becomes more difficult for us to ensure that your meal choice is
