Hi all,
I just thought I'd pass along the information on this class.  It's at
the U of M and it's about ballooning, that is, near space ballooning.

I know they use APRS, and perhaps ATV.  They are almost kind of
microwave, sort of.  Hope this isn't too off topic.  It looks like a
cool class.
