[NLRS] Adding 902 MHz

Good question.  My guess is that 902 FM only is not as potent an  addition 
as is adding 222 FM only.  There are lots of 222 FM rigs out their  
(compared to 902 FM).   On the other hand if that is what you've got,  go for it.  
You should be able to work "local" stations and rovers .... I  would go with 
horizontal polarization.
