    Can't recall if N9WU/R's plans were sent to the NLRS
list, so I'm forwarding them.  If this is a dupe posting, I
apologize.

     Rick has gotten back out roving this year and puts out
a nice signal.   Should be workable for a lot of NLRS from
EN43/42 on Saturday.
