The Yaesu 857D has been sold and shipped ---
The Kenwood TS-700A remains as does the SDR1000. In a couple weeks I anticipate having my very clean Icom 735 for sale as well.

FOR SALE:
Yes, I know it is a "boat anchor", but a VERY GOOD one. I have my treasured Kenwood TS-700A for sale.
This is a one owner radio purchased in 1976. It is all mode, runs about 7watts out and has an internal
AC power supply and can be also powered on 12V DC if desired. (different power cable)
I have the original box and manual. It has an internal Echo II preamp (J310 FET). The radio is VERY easy
to split the Rx Tx RF if you wish for transverter use. It is ANALOG freq display. For the last 9 years it
has served as my 1296 IF (augmented by the SoftRock 144Mhz Panadaptor more recently) It hears very well!
Runs about 10watts.
On ebay in the last week I have seen them sell for $97, $123.50, $147.50, $203.60. I guess I am open
to offers but I would NOT be interested in a hundred dollar offer. As a backup it is worth that and more
even with its age.
A great radio for the work bench.
FOR SALE::
Flex SDR 1000 -- 100Watt 160m-10m SDR with Automatic antenna tuner
I have a Flex SDR 1000 100w rig with a internal 2m transverter (unity gain) for IF use. I have used
it 2 years on 2m SSB with good reports with a DEM driver amp, 400w tube amp and a receive preamp even
though the internal transverter was not intended to be used in that manner.
This is a 100W transceiver with a ATU. A GREAT low band DX rig. I would have various sound card
options available if the need is there. The DEM driver amp and 2m DEM preamp could also be available.
I have used it on 20m working considerable SSB DX with an inverted Vee antenna, 75m SSB and AM etc.
A all band SDR rig is a real blast on the low bands .... a great way to return to AM if you have
that interest too.
Serious inquiries only ... depending upon what you are interested in, the price will vary. The rig
(with the internal 2m transverter, 100w 160-10m PA and ATU) with no sound board around $800. If someone
is interested in the 100watt PA and ATU I might be willing to separate them. We would have to
discuss some numbers.
