[NLRS] UHF Contest Propagation - need your help

Hello NLRS land.? Ken's note yesterday in regards to weird (poor) propagation during the recent UHF contest jogged my memory.? I too experience very strange, poor, propagation on Saturday afternoon.? From EN33, with a nice shot to Buck Hill, with moderate power and a fairly short distance, we really struggled to make Q's on the high bands when signals should have been easy S9 SSB.? Also, for the first time ever, KM0T and I were not able to work on 5760 from EN44.



So while this is still fresh on our minds, if you too experienced unusually?crummy propagation during the UHF contest, please send me a brief outline of your observations that include date, time, what bands you had, power, and what you observed regarding unusually poor propagation.?? If I get enough field data, and if I can match it up with any weather observations from Internet data, it may make for an interesting paper for Aurora'10.?
