Looks like there will be some action after all! If no one objects, I’ll send
out a list of participants who have stated their intent via this reflector.
Hopefully, we’ll hear from more of you; particularly those of us Northwest
of the Twin Cities.
I should have mentioned that I’ll be hanging out on 144.215 MHz most of the
time and welcome any of the other Northwest stations to join me there. Then
the folks won’t have to touch either their rotors or dials. Wally, Barry and
Dennis will you guys be on?

Subject: September VHF QSO Party Participation?

What with all the excitement in August and talk about the September “10G and
up” I’m wondering if there will be much of a turnout for the September VHF
QSO Party Saturday-Sunday 9/12-13/2009?
http://www.arrl.org/contests/rules/2009/sepvhf.html Last year NLRS had 14
logs submitted.

- Are any of the rovers going to be out-and-about or has the
cash-for-clunkers program decimated their ranks?
- This subject has been nonexistent on the reflector so is anyone making any
plans?
