I appreciate K0MHC getting the ball rolling for the ARRL
Sept. VHF QSO Party Sept. 12/13th.

I can also appreciate that many Rovermaniacs and 10 giggers
are probably burnt out to a crisp. All the same, I hope many of
you will feel like doing some contesting on Sept. 12/13th.

My effort will be full-out on Saturday and Sat. evening. I
may have an hour or two to contribute on Sunday morning, but
then I'm going to be away the remainder of Sunday. My 50,
144, 222 and 432 are very good. 902 is pretty good. 2304
is shaky and 1296 will probably remain down until next spring.

Note to those of you who may be making plans for Sunday.
I suspect areas near/in Minnesota may be awfully quiet from
noon-3pm on Sunday, due to the Vikings first game of the season.

There will be a similar conflict down here, starting at 7pm
Sunday night. It's Bears/Packers at Lambeau on NBC's
National TV game, so you'll probably hear a lot less as
you look toward WI and ILL.

Who else is getting on? Anyone from CVVHF? Anyone
going to fill in for W9FZ as he roves NE and KS, and activate
the Dodgeville and Wausau, WI grid corners? Even just one
of the two?

      73,
      Todd KC9BQA EN63ao 40 N of Milwaukee
