[NLRS] 902 conditions

Hi Guys

  Gary W0GHZ and I have been enjoying "full quieting" 902 FM QSO's 5 out of the last 7 mornings. The 2 mornings we didn't have FM QSOs were one when I was tied up on the phone long distance and the other time conditions were about 20db lower than the rest. This is during our daily 8:30am skeds.

  Signals have been running 40db above the noise on the SoftRock SDR IF at both ends. We both run about 40 watts.

FUN  on the 155 mile path!!

10Ghz sig have had no real correlation  to what we have seen on 902.
