[NLRS] Do posts go thru right away?

    I just heard from a NLRS reflector subscriber who says his
Wed. night net announcements aren't showing up until Thursday
for him.

    I had to scratch my head on that one, because 98% of the time,
when I send out a post to NLRS (or BC, or SMC, for that matter)
I receive it back from the list within a minute or two.

    I'm sending out this post at 1:20pm Thursday.   If anyone is
receiving it substantially later, tell me about it.   Or tell the list.

    Hope to work many of you in the 6m Fall Sprint Sat. night,
from 6-10pm.  Spread the word.
