[NLRS] 73 from China

Well, I'll have a detailed write-up for my blog, with pictures, but today I
got to be the first ham to use the new BY4DX call sign from a new club
station in Shanghai, China.  They are having their inaugural kick-off event
tomorrow, but I got to break the callsign in early.

They're in a temporary location right now and there's a whole lot of QRM,
but I was still able to work Guam, Japan, Austria, Russia, Moldova, the
Ukraine, and several provinces in China.  At the very end I switched from 20
meters to 15 meters where there was less QRM and got on the other end of an
honest to goodness pile-up.  Cool.

Shanghai hams are great hosts and send their 73s to the U.S.
