Just want everyone to know there's a slight change that
really doesn't affect us in the central time zone. Most
probably won't even realize it, but all the same, here it is:

WB9LYH in EN54cl, middle of WI, will now call the
144.240 net starting at 7pm, looking east or at Michigan to
start. He will then swing the beams slowly clockwise, looking
OH and IN, before looking S thru WI and IL, and then going
SW, W and NW, toward IA, KS, NEB, MN and Dakotas.
He will also look toward S VE-land, and if anyone is up there,
they may very well work WB9LYH.

The net effect for CVVHF and NLRS-land is minimal.
WB9LYH may not look west until about 7:45-8pm. But
he still will look a full 360, just like before. The only change
is that he will be clearing with the eastern time zone guys first.

His 144.240 net wraps up about 8:30pm central. I then
will call the 144.250 Badger net at 8:30pm. I look south
and say hello to our Milwaukee/Chicago check-ins. When
done with them (8:50-9pm?) I then swing clockwise, a full
360 for the night owls.

All are welcome to say hello to either net. Only purpose
is to stir up more activity on 2 meter SSB.

If you want more detail, it's always there on the website.
For instance, we are always looking for "extender" stations
that can help reach out to areas we can't get to from WI.

     73,
     Todd KC9BQA EN63ao 40 N of Milwaukee
