[NLRS] Can't con anyone?

The Hepburn forecast for both Saturday and Sunday now looks pretty bleak for
me. I'm in the black area for the whole weekend. I kind of suspected that
might happen.

Oh well ... I keep watching it hoping for a forecast of a good opening that
actually occurs. Meanwhile, ARRL HF Sweepstakes is this weekend.
