[NLRS] Microwave Activity Day, Saturday Nov. 7

Well, the Hepburn forecast that looked so good a couple days ago has
disintegrated. I am all in the black now for Saturday morning. You may have
some propagation into Wisconsin.

I am not sure that I want to make a 90 mile round trip for totally flat
conditions.

The Sunday forecast looks decent right now. Of course that could change too,
but I'm thinking if it stays the same as it is now I'd be better off working
on building/tweaking equipment on Saturday and trying to work people on
Sunday.

I think my plans are not likely to be finalized until Friday evening,
though.
