   Good morning,

Good to see the sun after a few dreary days. And now another
storm due in by the weekend. Honestly, the long-range forecast
out 7-12 days looks very stormy, in general. We'll see...

Anyway, tonight's weather is good, so we're having a net.
Those of you who care to, continue to use that Vhf QSO page
for coordination and updates. It's not a requirement, just a
potential aid. http://dxworld.com/vhfqso.html

I will start out by looking SSW toward Rockford, Peoria
and St. Louis on 144.240, at 7:15pm. I will then slowly edge
my beams clockwise, calling "CQ Activity Net", looking for
check-ins. I stop when I get to my due north.

So I'm looking for all parts of MO, IA, MN and always
the Dakotas and NE if propagation allows. Also look for the
portions of ILL and WI that *aren't* in the Chicago or
Milwaukee area. Those areas get their chance during the
144.250 Badger Contesters net at 8:30pm. Everyone that
gets this email is also welcome to try and check into the
144.250 net, always. I do look a full 360 during that net.

I'm going to be sending a longer email sometime today.
I'd appreciate it if you'd give it 5-10 minutes of your time.
Or print it out and read it when you get the time.

      73,
      Todd KC9BQA EN63ao 40 N of Milwaukee
      50 thru 2304 (bands I have)
