If anyone is interested, I plan on being at Midwinter Madness next Saturday (28 March, Buffalo Civic Center, Buffalo,
MN). I'd be happy to do card checking for your VUCC award while at the hamfest. (Now, if the WX is really bad Saturday
morning, I may not make it... but then, you might not either, so....)

Usual cautions:
- READ the current instructions from the ARRL web pages
- Sort your cards correctly
- Fill out the paperwork before having the cards checked
   * for new awards, both the application and as many grid sheets as required
   * for an endorsement, remember to use RED INK ONLY when writing the new grids on the grid sheets.
(ANY color other than RED is not acceptable)
- Don't forget your ARRL Membership number on the application. (The MOST COMMON error !)
- Don't forget a check made out to "ARRL Awards" for $10 for EACH award or endorsement for which you're applying.
- Don't forget an envelope addressed to ARRL with sufficient First Class postage for the number of sheets in your
application. More than five (5) sheets will NOT fit into a #10 business envelope... you'll need a 9x12 (or larger)
manila envelope. Leave the Return Address blank (mine goes there).

If you have a chance, please drop me an e-mail before hand, especially if you're going to bring >100 cards.

I'll be at the NLRS Club table, or at least they'll know where I am.
