[NLRS] Wisconsin QSO Party today

The Wisconsin QSO party is today, Sunday, from  1:00 to 8:00 pm CDT.  
Activity can be found on HF through 2m .... point  your beams towards WI today and 
make some noise.  W0ZQ/m will be roving  through seven WI counties, mostly on 
20, 40, and 80m CW although I may give 20m  SSB a try too.  Full rules at
