[NLRS] OT: Iowa PSK31 QSO needed

Well, it's not quite off topic--if 6 meters happens to be open, I'd be glad to
do it there, but 40 or 80 will probably be more reliable!

I now have 147 of the necessary QSO's for the Triple Play Award confirmed.  I
still need Iowa, Maine, and Delaware on digital, and the only digital mode I
have right now is PSK31.

So if there's someone in the Hawkeye state who could help me out with a PSK31
QSO, I'd really appreciate it!  The Triple Play Award requires confirmation
via Logbook of the World, so you will need to be signed up for LOTW as well. 
I'll be available early evenings during the week.
