[NLRS] CSVHF States Above 50 MHz 2008-2009

Is it spring yet?   (Spring E's, that is...)  I've heard of some openings
in the past couple of weeks....so it's time to do a progress checkup on
the number of states/provinces you've worked above 50 mhz....  Some think
last fall's activity was fairly good considering the bottom of the cycle....

So, a reminder... the CSVHF society will offer certificates for those
working more than 30 band states/provinces above 50 Mhz between July 1, 2008
and June 30, 2009...     Plaques will be awarded to the top three scores.
Please send me a summary of your actiivty toward this goal...
I'll prepare an overall interim progress report and share with all....
