[NLRS] Replacement for INA-10386?

I'd recommend a Sirenza SGA-4586. The NF is better than the INA10386. You'd
probably have to change the bias resistor though. They run at 3.6 volts
instead of 6.0 volts. But I'm using them in my 1296 transverter instead of
MAR-6's.
I bought 50 of them on eBay a while back, so if you'd like, I can send you a
couple. I got a good deal on them but doubt I'll ever use 50.
