[NLRS] Replacement for INA-10386?

DEMI lists the INA-10386 as no longer available.  I have a 1296 
transverter that calls for it as the RF amplifier.  Would an MGA86576

be a possible substitute?  Any other ideas for a drop-in replacement (of 
course, it might require a bias resistor change)?
