[NLRS] ARRL Field Day bulletin

I'm going to be operating Field Day from home this year running battery
power.

If any local Field Day groups want to get the bonus points for copying the
ARRL special field day bulletin, I copied it, and I'll be glad to relay it to
you.  So if you work me, just ask, and I'll be glad to give it to you.

I will try to call CQ on 146.55 FM, vertical, at 10:00 PM local time Saturday
on 146.55, and then shortly afterwards on 144.200 SSB, horizontal.  I'm
located in EN34kx, near Como Park in St. Paul.  I'll work anyone who wants to
work me for contest credit, and then read the bulletin, which will give you an
easy 100 bonus points!
