[NLRS] Tropo !

I am going to try to be on the hill in EN50rl at 5:30 am CDT on Tuesday
morning. I will try to work some people down near St. Louis and probably
W9OBG too. But I can point your way and listen.

I will have 2304 thru 10368 MHz transverters with me. I don't know if 2m
will make it but my cell phone # is 217-377-4911. If anyone wants to beacon
my way on 10368.1 I might hear you for a random QSO.

Hopefully this tropo is as good as it's forecast to be!
