I am going roving but in two limited time windows. I'll have
6-2304 + 10G.
I think it's important to have interests in addition to ham
radio and one of them will be taking my daytime energies on
Saturday/Sunday (Guts Frisbee at the Wisconsin Guts
Championships).
But because VHF Contesting is important to me, I'm making
sure that I do some of that on the weekend as well.
I'll start at the Grid corner between Oshkosh and Manitowoc,
WI (S of Green Bay).
This will be Saturday night:
EN-53xx 1900-2000L
EN-54xa 2000-2100L
EN-64aa 2100-2200L
EN-63ax 2200-2300L
I'll be CQ'ing on 144.250. Yes, that's WAYYYYY up the band.
I hope you'll really tune your VFO around and find me!
Saturday and Sunday daytimes, if I get time on my hands, you'll
find
me CQ'ing from New London, WI EN54pj.
On Sunday night, after the tournament is over, I'll head
northward for two more grids near Pound and Peshtigo, WI.
EN55wb 1900-2000L
EN65bb 2030-2200L
I will try to feed Todd KC9BQA (EN63) updates on my position/times
during the contest.
While none of these are particularly rare, I hope the QSO
volume is helpful to the fixed operators.
I should be chirping APRS (for the multi-ops) on W9FZ-15 /p
puppy dog symbol.
