[NLRS] Rovers for June Contest ?

Hi, Andy.

I'm pretty much in the same boat, so if you want to claim a frequency, I can
share it with you on a part-time basis.

Technically, I will have two "observers" with me, but since they are 3 and 5
years old, I'm sure they'll provide a lot of operating assistance. :-)

I'm unsure of my schedule, but I'll probably just activate EN34 and EN35. If
I get ambitious, maybe we'll take a ride to another grid, but I have just
squalos and QRP, so I doubt if I'll get many contacts from outlying grids.
I'll probably do EN34 from near home, and EN35 from Ridgeway Parkway.
(Another possible spot is the top of the hill on St. Anthony Parkway, just
west of Johnson Street in NE Minneapolis.)

I will have the following bands:

6 meters, QRP, probably into a vertical, CW, SSB, and possibly FM (I always
put out a call on 52.525, but have never worked anyone there).

2 Meters QRP into a squalo CW and SSB.

2 Meter FM on 146.55 and/or 146.46, 50 watts, vertical

1.25 meters, an FM handheld on 223.5. If your transverter doesn't go above
223, I can go anywhere in the band.

70 cm, SSB, CW, FM, QRP into a squalo (horizontal on all modes).

10 GHz! W0ZQ graciously offered to let me use his 10 GHz rig, so after he
gives me my one minute training session, I'll be ready to hand out Q's on that
band.

My XYL, KC0OIA, will be working both days, but she should be able to hand out
a few contacts, probably Saturday evening.

TNX & 73,
Rick W0IS

Greetings:

I tentatively plan to operate as a rover from EN36 near Duluth and
EN35 (undetermined) during the contest. I may also operate from EN34
as a rover or from the home station. Since I'll have family along,
I'll do most of my operating during naptimes and after the family goes
to bed. That said, I'm reluctant to mention a hangout frequency since
I won't be on full-time and won't be in a lot of grids. Is there
anyone in a similar boat who'd like to share a frequency? I'll have 6,
2 and 432.

Hope to work you all in that short time, however.

Andy K0AJL
