[NLRS] Is W0ZQ/b on 222 QRV?

Hi Todd.  The W0ZQ-B on 222.070 is still  down.  The antennas have been 
rebuilt and the transmitter section is  working again at the 1 watt level, but 
I need to procure an RF gain stage.   All of this was the result of a near 
lightening strike last summer - all the  semiconductors returned to their 
stable state (carbon).   I do plan to  get it operational again and will 
announce on the reflector when its up and  running.  I have had lots of questions 
about it, so its really nice to see  that its useful.
