Hello NLRS land.

It has recently been brought to my attention that the FCC has granted
WE2XXJ, an Experimental License, to 3M, Bldg 224-4N-27, St. Paul, MN. The
license authorizes 500kK1D emissions from 430 to 450 MHz with 794 watts ERP,
902 to 928 MHz with 2.5kW ERP, and 2.4 to 2.5 GHz with 12.5 kW ERP.

My understanding of 500kK1d is that it is:
* 500 KHz wide
* Pulse  Amplitude Modulation
* One channel containing digital information, no subcarrier
* Telemetry or Telecommand (remote control or data collection).

The license was granted on June 1 and is good through Feb 1, 2011.

Anyone around the 3M Center notice any unusual signals on the 430, 902, or
2.3 GHz bands ??

73, Jon
