[NLRS] EN45 10 GHz QSOs for the contest

Since it appears we can't coordinate by phone during the contest, if you 
have any interest in trying to work EN45vk on 10 GHz, email me before 
noon on Saturday with a couple of time windows between 0900-1000 Sunday 
(local time) and we'll see what we can do.  This may be your only chance 
to have a pretty much guaranteed path to EN45 on 10 GHz for this year!
