[NLRS] W0ZQ/R readly to rumble

Hello NLRS land.

My back & forth to  work car has been transformed once again into W0ZQ/R, 
ready to ride and to  rumble!  It looks like we have some rain chance late 
tonight, perhaps a 1/4  to 1/2", that moves out by the morning, then cool and 
a bit windy - Sunday looks  lovely.  Chances are tropo conditions will be 
average at best on the back  side of the cool front, but sometimes we get 
surprised.  A glance at Rich's  rover sheet shows 16 known rovers out and about 
.... can we find 16 fixed  stations too ?   

To the rovers, rule # 1 is be safe, rule # 2  is have fun.  Good luck to 
all this weekend.
