The 6th edition of RoverMania, a/k/a the ARRL UHF Contest, is almost
here! If you have been to the NLRS web site looking for information
about the contest recently, I want to point out that it is a rapidly
moving target. We keep getting updated information and new ideas, so the
page keeps evolving. About the only thing on the page that is the same
as it was yesterday is the photograph at the top of the page!

So, the moral of the story is, if you are looking for the most current
information about RoverMania VI, please KEEP CHECKING the web site:
   http://www.nlrs.org/RoverPlans/2009-08/RoverMania.htm

If you are planning to be involved in this year's contest, either as a
fixed station or as a rover, and we don't have your information listed
(or, if we have it wrong!), please let us know. We can legally update
the pages until 1 PM on Saturday. Once the contest begins, everything
there is frozen. Of course, if you send me a massive change of schedule
at 2 minutes to 1 PM, who knows if I can type it in that fast, or if I
will even be at home near my computer? By rights, at 2 minutes to 1 PM,
I should be at a rover site far from home. . . So, bottom line is to
get the updates to us as soon as possible!
