[NLRS] Looking for Es data

Jon: Great idea to post here, as I am sure that some folks don't 
subscribe to the high-volume VHF groups, but still might have data to 
send to Gene.

One little problem: Gene asked that people reply directly to him, and to 
**NOT** use his ARRL alias address, but you didn't include that in your 
cut and paste!

Though I have no Q's to write to him about, some of the people on this 
list probably do, so please pass that along as well.
