[NLRS] 2m Es opening EN37ed

My rig must be ferschnickered. I went out and set up the dual band
2M/70CM antenna, and the only thing I heard was a beacon on 2M about 20
miles from me. Nary a peep on the 144.240 net tonight. I really
thought this 9913 ultraflex coax was going to make the difference.
