[NLRS] CQ dosen't recognize NLRS?

The real answer is that the CQWW-VHF contest is NOT a club
event. CQ recognizes club activity in their HF contests but
not this one particular VHF contest. Since NLRS has not
historically entered HF contests (but could), NLRS has not
"registered" with CQ as a club.

The solution is to resubmit your score with a blank for
"club".

Badger Contesters has the same problem. I'm not sure if the
robot would accept it if you listed one of the traditional
HF clubs or not.
