[NLRS] 35W Construction

I didn't have too much to put up with on my way home from the CSVHFS
conference. I like to take the back roads, though, and I visited my mom in
Joliet before heading back to Champaign. One of the back roads was closed
for a stretch and I had to take a 5-mile detour around it.
:-(

Good luck to all the Rovers this weekend. Wish I had more down this way
especially with the microwave bands.
