OK all, I'm going to head out the door shortly to catch some breakfast
and then it's off to Decorah Peak. I've decided to backpack in a 7E
Yagi for 2M, but the 6M Yagi is just too much, so all 6M ops will be on
a dipole. I tried to score a pair of 6M hamsticks from Tower
Electronics in Green Bay Thursday as my wife was in town but sadly they
must be out of town setting up for a hamfest as they were closed.
Anywho, I'll try to be set up and on the air jut prior to the tart of
the contest, doing some test/warm-up transmissions. I'll be proximal to
144.200 and 50.125 for those, and then once the contest starts, I'll try
to be close to those freqs.
See you all on the radio.
