[NLRS] rover spots up close

Looks like a good amount of rover and portable activity coming up for  
the next couple of contests which is great!

Not sure if this has been posted before but another great rover tool  
out there makes it possible to view locations via the Bing search  
engine.  Simply type in a location with the word map in the search  
field click on the map and select birds eye view to get a pretty darn  
good look at the area.  You can pull up the resolution to 40 yards  
which is good enough to make out objects in your back yard.  Some of  
the more remote areas are not available but if the location is within  
a couple miles of main roads all should be visible.
