[NLRS] Solar panels

Just a heads up to the group.  I was at Fleet Farm in Winona the other 
day and they have Coleman CL-1300 solar panels on the shelf for $109.  
That's a 20W panel.  That equals a lot of portable ops off the grid.  I 
picked one up and under the overcast sky yesterday I was reading 20V 
under no load.  I hooked it to a 115ah deep cycle this morning voltage 
read 11.9.  I'm going to take another measurement at the end of the day 
right about the time that there is no more usable light.  I'll post the 
results here.
