[NLRS] My 2008 MUD presentation.

I have augmented the original sparse slides with more slides of what
said including a comment from the audience and some on the direction I
plan for further research. I had hoped to work from a video of my
presentation but its not yet arrived. Squeezing it onto my thumb drive
may be an impossible task.

I hope this year to find experimental evidence to back up my ideas, or
to prove them wrong on the effects of phase noise and IF bandwidth on
system NF or MDS.

I have posted the presentation in .pdf and .ppt formats at

Both were created in Open Office. They are suitable for inclusion on the
NTMS web pages, and as targets for flung mud and comments. There is no
