[NLRS] W0JT plans for January VHF

Unfortunately, my fate is to mostly work this weekend. I will try to get on 
the air for a few hours here and there, and do my best to hook up with 
whomever I can find at those times. Possible bands are 50 through 902/3. 
The 1296 feedline never got fixed up on the tower, so it's still shorted 
out and unusable. Likewise I never got antennas on the tower for 2304 or 
3456, and never completed work on the 5760 system. 10368 is usable, but I'm 
down in a hole, so unless there is some snowfall to scatter off of, or a 
rover wants to pull into my neighborhood, it won't be worth the effort to 
haul it outside.

Sorry I won't be more available. Someday, those projects will get done and 
I will dig out from under the pile of work that keeps me chained to my 
desk...
