[NLRS] Roverlog: Distance scoring

Perhaps some good news for those of us who play in distance scoring
contests like the ARRL's 10 GHz & Up and SBMS 2304 & Up contests.
Roverlog now supports distance scoring.   I haven't had a chance to review
this myself, but full info can be found on N1MUs website at
http://roverlog.2ub.org/  .   As Tom points out, Roverlog is not just for
rovers as it has lots of fine tools for fixed use as well.
