[NLRS] Aurora 09 -- Presentations needed

I'm not sure what email client you are using or what the settings are, but my 
nice safe pegasus client can't see what you wrote unless I look at attachments.

I've never seen this before.  Very odd.  And I certainly do not approve of 
something so far from email specs that a compliant client can't read it without 
looking at the attachments.

I bet it's some new very subtle move from Microsloth.
